We are planning a trip in June and our little one will be turning 3 on that trip. Where should we take him for a special dinner??

Thank you....Trish

If he has a favorite character, I would go to the place that has that character.

the pp. If your kid has a favorite character go there.

My daughters first trip was just after she turned three. We did character meals at CP, CM and CRT. She loved all of them. Her favorite happened to be CRT lunch because she was so into princesses at that time.

When my friend's daughter turned 3, we went to 1900 Park Fare. We were even able to get Cinderella & Prince Charming to come out along with the cake. But that was for a girl.

For a boy... then I'd follow pp's advice and go to a character dinner that features your son's favorite character.

One of the character meals would be fun. Either Crystal palace or Asherhus (spelling?) in Germany with the princesses for a girl. Chef mickeys is a good option as well. You can get a small cake or have one of the characters do something special if you ask or call restaurant ahead of time I think.

I would recommend dining with the Little Einsteins at Hollywood and Vine. My daughter loved to get up and dance with them. It is not real formal since the meal is buffet style. However, for our 4 year old that was the best way to go.

Good luck!

Favorite charater. Tell him the choices of different characters he can eat with and he sould be able to tell you who he wants to spend his birthday dinner with. I know my 3 year old son would pick Mickey in a heart beat.

I agree with previous posters about going to the restaurant with your little ones favourite character. We did that for DS's 2nd birthday and he loved it!
