Well in less than 2 weeks we will be in Vegas so I had better start sharing the plans I have made, which will prolly change when we get the COUPON book with restaurant discounts in at check in
We leave Buffalo at 8a and land at 9:30 a Vegas time . 1 traveler is flying in from Albany and arrives at 10:30a , which will give us time for a potty break and find the gate . Then we get a shuttle to Harrah's on the Strip,

which is the first anticipated problem !Last years trip had an issue with the shuttle documents and Carol has concerns , Mary the TA assures us all is fine Time will tell!! I also hear you can not check in earlyI figure it will be lunch time so depending on the coupon book we will eiher eat at Toby Keith's I Love this Bar restaurant ,TheBuffet or the Café

Then the plan is to head to the Flamingo to check out the Wildlife Habitat and then to 4 p.m. concert " Legends"The guys will LOVE both!! By then for sure we can check in and can get meds sorted and given before we head out again !This time to the Mirage, where I am leaning towards BLT Burger , especially if we do the Buffet , unless we find something more interesting and reasonable/ The plan is to purchase 4 day mono pass so that will be our main transportation!! Luckily Harrah;s on the mono !!! I am looking forward to the Aquarium at Mirage , that is behind the Lobby counter!!Also the Rainforest sounds neat !! So that will be 2 Free attractions !!Stay tuned for more !!!

Yes be on alert with the shuttle. if everything is prepaid watch out for those trying to put you on their shuttle for a fee. i found the whole thing sketchy at the airport.
I am sure with prepaid you will be fine.

Carol and I are not happy with the info we have on the shuttle !! We don't see where it says there are 10 spots , and even though the TA assures us everything is fine and it is in there , we are dubious to say the least !!!

Do you have a name of the service? The last time I went I could not book something ahead or at least the book the service I wanted.
Easy enough to do at the Airport but I always feel the driver takes the loooong way. I think I got off at Harrahs and walked across the street because I was so annoyed.

They always book through the same shuttle company and I have to check the name of the company , but they do give instructions on how to find them . I e mailed Mary the TA again that I was still not seeing 10 seats or 5 rooms of 2 each !!! I think I am sticking Carol on her next week !!!

I have been in M & M world. And I have been on that coaster. Tell Carol it is a bit rough but fun. If she wants high thrills go to the Stratosphere on the other end of the strip.

Those are only a few of the Free Attractions , but my most favorite I think will be the Conservatory at Bellagio , so like the Flower & Garden Fest at Epcot !!!! As for thiose papers I have read them a dozen times and do not see they say for 10 people , the most I can figure is 6 , so either both Carol and I are blind or we are missing papers . I left a message for Carol to call the TA with the actual papers she has a go over them on the phone, Joanne from P & P says she expalined in detail ... yeah right she said "here are the papers for the shuttle "

Latest Update !!Carol took all the papers she had apart and figured it all out ,she said they were a mess !!!But according to Joanne we were "overthinking" the papers they were fine the way they were !! Now let me tell you Carol is pretty methodical and if they were okay the way they were she would have figured it out !! I called Guest Services at Harrah's today, and had a note linked to our ressie requesting the same floor rooms, of course they won't guarantee it , but he said the note was added and when we arrive to check a the front desk as soon as we get there , although we can't actually check in till 4p . So I did forget to ask about storing luggage till we can get our rooms !!!He also told me I can get maps etc at Consierge which is right next to the front desk !!!

Yes we both feel more comfortable !I just reread last years logs and they had trouble both ways and going back they had to get the TA to call the company and gt it straightened out !!!Wouldn't you think that would clue someone in to the fact that the Shuttle company is not sending clear info !!!
