Where to watch Paint the Night?

Hi everybody!
We are going to be in DLR Friday-Sunday and are hoping to watch PTN on Friday night! I was just wondering where you would recommend watching it from? Since it is a short trip we're not super interested in staking out a spot hours and hours before it starts, but this was our favorite parade when we saw it a few years ago, and are so excited to see it again! TIA!

On Saturday night we ate at flo’s in cars land and left there 30 min before PTN. Walk ed to the parade route and ducked under a rope to be in the second row. Had a great view we were all sitting till about 5 min before the parade. Stress free I was surprised how easy it was but you do need to remember that the route is long so that helps.
The day appeared to be very crowded. In fact we went to the toy story parking lot at 9am and the line was ridiculous and it was hot so went back to the hotel for a few hours and tried again.
