Where to watch fireworks outside the park?

We are arriving on July 4th and will not be going to a park that day. Trying to come up with a plan in case my kids insist on seeing fireworks for the 4th. We are staying at Carribean Beach resort. We have early dinner reservations at Disney Springs. I thought I read you could see Epcot fireworks at Riviera? Is there a good place there to watch them?
