Where to upgrade ticket to ap?

It's been so long since I've had to do this so I can't remember for the life of me and the policy may have even changed. I have a friend coming with for our next trip who is planning on upgrading their 2fer ticket to an AP. Can we go to any ticket window to do it or does it have to be done through Guest Services? Thanks!

You can do it at a ticket window, but if it's for a new AP why bother? You will still need to go to the AP processing center for your picture. So, just go down main street to the hub, and on the left there is a white building that is now the AP processing center. It's just past "coke corner" with the piano player and the DVC kiosk is right in front of it. They can upgrade your ticket to an AP right there.

Oh awesome! I didn't realize they could do it there, I've only ever taken my already purchased AP ticket there to get my photo done and receive my pass. Thanks so much!
