Where to Upgrade Park Hoppers?

If I want to upgrade an unused Park Hopper to a MYW ticket, I know that I have to do it at Guest Relations, not at the resort.

So, is Guest Relations at Magic Kingdom outside the turnstiles? Do I have to use a day on my unused Park Hopper to get in just to upgrade?

Does anyone know?

Guest Relations at Magic Kingdom is outside the turnstiles to the right. There is also one at the TTC.

Upgrading the "Park Hopper" to MYW (a trade-up) is much more flexible if you have not begun use.

After the park hopper has been used, the MYW you trade up to has to have all the features the park hopper had, including non-expiration.

There is also a Guest Relations office at DTD that should be able to handle the upgrade...
