Hello
We will be driving to FL to visit family in the West Palm area in June. We were also planning on spending a few days in the Orlando area and visiting SeaWorld, Legoland and probably DTD for a Mickey fix. Our last 4 trips have been onsite at either DW or Universal so not sure where to stay. Need free parking, WiFi and a good pool area. It will be me, DH, and our 2 kids who will be 6 yrs and 18 mos. Inexpensive onsite breakfast and a separate bedroom would be great if available. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Would you consider a townhouse or a condo? There are a lot of reasonable ones at Vista Cay Resort. You would have multiple rooms and a kitchen for about the same as what you'd pay for a hotel room, less then what you'd pay at Disney or Universal. We were able to book a week for $600. All total after taxes, optional insurance, and fees, it was right at $900. For that same time period, a one bedroom 2 queen room at Universal was $309, $350 with tax for 1 night. The resort has pools and a game room, among other kid friendly activities. It is also right across from a Publix, so you could get groceries easy for breakfast and snacks.

Since we haven't actually stayed yet, I'm not going to make any promises, but all the reviews I have read seemed like it was a nice place to stay. I didn't see any horror stories or anything.

Assuming you are looking for one of the official partner hotels of SeaWorld for the onsite benefits....

The Residence Inn SeaWorld checks all of your boxes (free parking, free wifi, a large pool, hot tub & sport court, fully separate bedroom, and free buffet breakfast).

The Hilton Grand Vacations SeaWorld checks most of the boxes, the only one being an issue is breakfast (its not an included amenity at this property.....and I'm unsure of the options you have for purchasing onsite, though I'm sure there's something decent :thumbsup2). That said, you would have an in-room washer and dryer (which is awesome when travelling with youngsters) and I think its quite a bit more upscale than the RI. The pool area look fabulous.

You may also want to check out the Springhill Suites if you could tolerate a half-wall separating the sleeping from the living area (its not a fully separate bedroom, but it is partially divided off). Your other wish-list items are all provided here (breakfast, wifi, parking, breakfast) at no charge, and the pool area is themed for little folk.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites shares the pool area with the Springhill Suites, and many similar amenities....so it might be worth checking into as well.

Offsite....the Sheraton Vistana Villages is pretty convenient to SeaWorld. Dreams Unlimited offers a no housekeeping rate that is generally pretty competitively priced. Again, it would tick all of your boxes (including a great pirate pool) but would not include breakfast. You WOULD have a full kitchen, though, so could make your own if you're willing.

Is the Hilton the big yellow colored hotel? I've been wanting to stay at that one, but the opportunity hasn't come up yet.
