We are staying at the Grand Floridian in late May. Should we try for the Sugar Loaf Concierge building or the Main Building Concierge (Royal Palm Club)?

Thanks

Welcome to the DIS!!

I am afraid that I can't help you out but I would like to know the answer as well. We are currently planning a Christmas time, concierge vacation for next year.

I always enjoyed the main bldg just for the convenience. You take the elevator down and you have the monorail and most of the restaurants and shops all in the same building.

We have never stayed concierge as to us we would perfer to spend the extra money on other things but if concierge is inportant to you I would go for the Main Building Concierge as that is suppossed to be the full service concierge at the GF. If you are going to go for it why not got for it all:)

Definitely go for the Main Building! The food (and drink) offerings are better, plus you are in the Main Building. In fact, I would try to reserve a deluxe room. They are significantly larger than the regular rooms and just about $30 more per night. The only downside to the deluxe rooms are that I do not think that any of them have a MK view.

Check out this thread about the GF. It will have all the info you are looking for: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=73057
