Just when I think I've made up my mind on where to stay.......

Looking for advice....we have never stayed at a mod resort and looking for top picks. I'm starting to plan a late Jan-08 early Feb-08 trip. There will be my DW, DS (6), DD (1) and myself.

We will probably be driving to most parks, so transportation isn't that important.

Thanks to all!

Given the ages of your children, I would vote for POR or POFQ. CBR is my personal favorite, but there can be a lot of walking involved.

We like CSR best, but portions of POR have been recently remodeled and look great. POR is probably the most managable in terms of size.

I love CSR but there is a lot of walking involved just at the resort alone. The only place we stay when we bring the kids is POP Century. My kids are super picky eaters and the food court there makes the most sence for us. Plus they love it there.

Thanks for the great feedback everyone, keep it coming!

We have stayed at the All Stars in the past, ASMu & ASMo (ASMO our first choice-theme)...but our last visits at each resort had some issues (room smell, and not so knowledgable CM at check in...paid for preferred room and was told at check in they are not "guaranteed"???)

POP did interest me, but I thought maybe moving up to a mod might give me a better shot at less issues (after reading other posts I might be wrong in that assumption!)
