Where to stay on the way back??

I was wondering if you fine folks had any suggestions on where to stay after you leave Disney World. We are driving back to Southern Ontario. Don't mind doing it with 1 stop over somewhere about 12 hours of so away from Disney. Just unsure. Want to see the ocean. We have 4 boys. ages 9,7,6,6.

What route are you taking? 95,or 81,or 75, or something else?

Wide open. Could go back up the coast and swing over the I95 and then I75. Not sure. So busy planning getting there and what to do while in Disney. Just starting to think about the way back.
