where to stay near DTW when flying out

just wondering where everyone stays when flying out of Detroit. We want to keep our car there for a couple of weeks so looking for a hotel that will let us keep our car there for awhile without paying too too much extra.

We are staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites on the 30th. We got a jacuzzi room with 8 days parking for $99. I think a regular room was around $70.

Another vote for La Quinta Romulus, MI which is the one near DTW. Their website shows the regular rate and also the Park n Fly rate. I think the difference is $20.00 USD. You get 8 days free parking. The lot is run by Qwik Park and is attached to the hotel so you can park your car and not move it or move it to the back the morning of your flight departure. Shuttles will pick you up right at your car. We liked it last year

We have stayed at the Farifield Inn by Marriot several times and always had a nice visit. Clean hotel, quick shuttle service, park and fly packages. We have always paid around $100 for the night, cont. breakfast and 8 days parking.

This trip we have 5 in a room so we are staying at the Springhill Suites.

You can always read reviews online at Tripadvisor. I almost booked another for this trip until I read the reviews.
