Where To Stay In Saratoga Springs

We will be going to Disney From March 2-10. Could someone recommend a building or area to request in Saratoga Springs. It will be my wife, myself ,and my daughter who is 19 months old. My main concern is bus stop area and main pool for my daughter. Thanks

Well, if you want to be close to the main house and main pool, you'll want to be in rooms in the Springs buildings, 3501-3836 or 4101-4436. If you want to be able to walk to DTD within 5 minutes, than you'll want to be in rooms 1501-1836 or 1101-1436 in the Congress Park buildings. Just keep in mind that this resort is HUGE. Very beautiful, but HUGE!

I agree w/ the above poster. We just got back from SSR and stayed in The Springs, room 3727. It is across the "street" from Artist's Palette (food) and the main pool, which has a Donald Duck water splash fountain, and is only a short walk across a bridge to a playground. There is also a bus stop right there.

If you like walking, you are still able to walk to DTD from The Springs - it was no more than 10-15 minutes (never timed it), without having to go on the main road. There is a paved path/sidewalk that leads into the West Side where House of Blues and La Nouba are.

Enjoy your stay. I loved staying at SSR!
