where to stay - condo/townhome?

We have stayed at Windsor Hills and Sheraton Vistana Resort in the past and are hopefully planning a trip early December. Looking for any info on the best places to stay that are close to Disney, have a full kitchen and washer/dryer with at least 2 bedrooms (or 1 bedroom with King bed and pullout sleeper sofa). Any info would be GREATLY appreciated!

Try the university park area (University and Tuttle/Honore) they have some very nice complexes in that area ( townhomes/ condos Carolina Landings, Sabal Bay, Seranata, San Michele). Some nice residential too but Im not sure what your price range is. Im not sure what the Middle school is for that area, it may be Booker since they have only a few middle schools Have you looked into Lakewood Ranch In Bradenton? Its way East Bradenton and it isn't too far from Sarasota. There are some nice private schools in the area though. Is there ar reason you are set on Sarasota? East Bradenton Can be very nice, and have great schools

Thanks for the info! I have not run across Greendale before so I will definitely check it out.
