Any anyone please give me advice on what section of the hotel to request at the Yacht Club. We have stayed at the GF before, and they have individual lodges, so I'm not sure about the long hallways at the YC - if they will be annoying to walk a long distance to the elevators???? We have 2 children ages 11 and 14. DO you think YC is better than BC to stay?

We had a lovely, newly refurbished room. We could see the windmill and across to the Boardwalk (albeit, with a rooftop between us) we loved the room this past Christmas. We decorated for Christmas, put lights on the balcony, loved the pool, bars, restaurants, bellhops, frontdesk (and we've stayed deluxe before) it is our new FAVORITE resort.

If you can get them, any room in the 3157-3163 range would be great. You get a wonderful view of the Boardwalk and Crescent Lake, and you get to view the fireworks from Illuminations from your balcony.

We had a wonderful standard room last year. I asked to have a view of the wedding gazebo, because these rooms are very close to the elevators...and believe me, the corridors are very long.
Our room had beenrecently refurbished and we had a nice view of gardens and the gazebo. If you craned your neck you could see the lake.
