Where to Start - Vow Renewel

I am thinking of doing a surprise vow renewel for me and my husband on our May 08 Disney Trip can anyone help me... where do I start - who do I need to contact... It would just be for three of us... my hubby, me and our daughter... so fairly simple and intimate... HELP
