Where to start in FantasyLand??

Hello,
We haven't been to WDW since 2011, so it was before the FantasyLand expansion opened. I am wondering what is the best way to tour this land now. Typically we started off with either Peter Pan or Dumbo. We are used to Disneyland and this is also the routine for us. Can anyone give me some tips on the best way to tour FantasyLand now. We will have an 8, 3, and 1 year old, so this is where we will head first after The park opens.

Dumbo is no longer the go-to ride that it used to be. Waits are much less now with the double Dumbos, and the air-conditioned play area makes waits quite bearable.

Starting with Peter Pan is still a good choice. I would recommend getting FP+ for the Mine Train rather than rushing to it at Rope Drop, because most people will be headed there at Rope Drop, and you can face a pretty substantial wait (20 minutes or more).

We always do this order at rope drop, with little to no waits:
Peter Pan
Winnie the Pooh
Dumbo
Barnstormer
Little Mermaid

We FP Mine Train and Enchanted Tales with Belle. It's a Small World we often put off until later, because it takes a while, and we usually head over to Tomorrowland as soon as possible after Fantasyland. Philharmagic can be done with little wait any time of day, and the Carousel is usually a good any-time filler as well.

This time we started in Fantasyland, did Winnie the Pooh, Philharmagic, Small World, Little Mermaid, wait times weren't bad on any, already had FPs for Mine Train and Peter Pan and used them later

-peter pan's flight
-it's a small world
-mickey's philharmagic
-winnie the pooh
-under the sea
thats about all we care about in fantasyland.
then we eat at be our guest for an early lunch.

we found that one time was enough for enchanted tales with belle and seven dwarfs mine train.

and we have never been a family that cares much about the carousel, dumbo, or meeting theprincesses.
