Best view will be Central Plaza, after that anywhere along Main Street or the balcony of Main Street Station.

We always stand on Main Street, which is where we plan to be in a few days time

PS, dont forget to get your champagne well in advance of the countdown as the queue's are massive and, well, we know a lot of our European cousins simply don't understand the concept of it
