Where to sit on the monorail?

What is the best seat in house? ... and where should we sit to get off the fastest (in case it isn't the same as the best seat)... one more ? - once the monorail is loaded... how long is the travel time?

I love either of the cone sections (note that if the temperature is above 90 degrees, these are closed off). They also allow you to get off first at the Tomorrowland station. Otherwise, when travelling to DTD from DL and getting off, I prefer the rear (closer to the stairs). From DTD to DL or a round trip (only possible if getting on in DL) the first or last car (not the cones, though they do get you of first) get you to the exits quicker. The ride from DL to DTD is about 2 minutes. From DTD to DL is around 5-6 minutes. RT depends on how long they stop in DTD.
