Where to shop at? Good outlet stores?

This trip is a budget one for us, so our shopping/souvenir budget is limited.

Where should be go to find cheap shirts, small souviners, and autograph book/pens?

There are three Disney outlets, two in the Belz outlets and one closer to WDW that I can't think of the name of. It is hit or miss what you will find but I usually walk out with some great buys.
