???where to send jewelry

Hi there-
back in january I purchased two anklets that I had made up in the ship's shop-you know, it was "x" amout of dollars per inch and they made up whatever you wanted- anyways, I remember that they advertised "lifetime guarantee" , the cast member even told us- but now I can't find anything in my stuff as to where/who you are supposed to contact about the guarantee-
they are getting somewhat tarnished looking ,esp. the clasp and jump rings on them-
