Where to sell your old or broken gold?

I've read on the budget board about people selling there old gold to help out with the cost of there vacations, but where in Canada can WE do this? I've seen that cheezy commercial for Russell Oliver and he just bugs me, so any suggestions on where else to go? Anybody do this and what was your $ outcome?
