where to sell old coins

I think I already know where I should go but I would like to hear what you all have to say

we got a bucketful of every old coins from my DFIL quarters from 1921, buffalo nickles, silver dollars from 1898 alot of those wheat pennies--I dont think those are worth too much though Kennedy half dollars from 1964 some in plastic holders


we would like to sell them--there is a coin dealer near us--but Ive also seen coins on ebay

does anyone have any idea how much these would be worth Im sure it would be better to sell them to the dealer however does ebay sound like a fairly good choice
