Universal studios. He and Shaggy ride around in the Mystery Machine. And I think there is a little show.

not sure if they still do it but a few years ago we had breakfast with him at the hard rock hotel.

we went in jan and in universal they were right around the entrance of E.T. ride....shaggy and scooby were taking pics with people and signing autographs...usually they are riding in there van but this time they were around that section taking pics...
