Where to see Ariel?

Does anyone know where is the best place to see an Ariel character? My daughter would be so sad if we can't see her.

Ariel's Grotto in the MK.

And the Akershus restaurant at Epcot's Norway pavilion, usually during lunch or dinner. She appears in her human form there.

She's a mermaid at her Grotto in Fantasyland, located behind the Dumbo ride

and she's a human in her princess gown at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. She's usually at lunch and dinner, but not guaranteed.

All in all, Ariel's Grotto is the one place you are guaranteed to see Ariel (unless it's too cold and she is relocated to Toontown Hall of Fame).

Be prepared for the eye-popping males....

Each time we saw Ariel in her Grotto, there are a bunch of men and teenage boys gawking at her from the exit side and giggling like high school girls... ...when I got up there the firt time, I saw why.


Athough, they had to ruin it.......when we exited, the men were making some crude comments about how they "like" mermaids and how Daryl Hannah had nothing on her. Shame on them.

Thank you so much. That is so funny about the boys! We will definitely go to the grotto to ensure seeing her!! She is my DD favorite princess ever!

Definitely Ariel's Grotto in Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom! She is almost always there (unless the place is under rehab or horrible weather). Usually her hours are listed in the Times Guide that you pick up with the park map. She is often at the Akerhaus Princess Storybook meal at Epcot, but not every day. My nieces ate there last month, and no Ariel. The princesses can vary every day there. Well, hope you meet Ariel!

There are other sites to see her that are not character meet & greets - like "Voyage of the Little Mermaid" at Disney-MGM Studios.

I didn't see it listed on that sight, but we did see her in the Toontown fair. Got pics and Autographs...and yes, anytime you see ariel or jasmine be prepared for the gawking crowd My wife tried to get me to take a pic with jasmine but I was too scared

I will never understand this!!! It's not like you can even see any kind of cleavage!!! The shells cover everything, plus the hair helps too! At least this was true with the Ariel we met.
