Where to say in Tuscon AZ?

So I am going to be going to Tuscon Arizona most likely the first weekend of November but I don't really know where to stay, does anyone have any recommendations? Also where are some good places to eat or what not to miss in the area? Thanks!

El conquistador, Star Pass, la Paloma are all beautiful resorts with great views. Check out Mercado San Agustin and the Annex for great local food, shopping, bakery and local flair. Tohono chul, the desert museum, and Tucson botanical garden are all great. Drive through saguaro National park west for amazing scenery. Sabino canyon is great for hikes.
