Where to request in POP?

Advice needed on where to request our room assignment be. We're 2 adults, 2 kids. Upper levels aren't a problem. We're not paying more for preferred, by the way. Would like somewhere quiet, but with a view of fireworks. Proximity to parking lot and ice machine is more important than proximity to food court. Your advice? I'm going to make the call to POP today. Thanks!

We were able to see the Epcot fireworks from the courtyard view of the 60's Playdoh building. I was in close proximity to the food court, classic hall and bus stops, but it was more of a trek to the parking lot. Honestly, it's not that long a walk to get anywhere.

The Pop is very well laid out...convenient to everything.

Parking is the biggest problem there, although many more of the new parking lots should be open by now. They were working very hard to open new parking when we were about six months ago.
