I got a free sample and passed it on to a friend who tried it. She didn’t like it, and it smelled gross.

I just went to open the package to smell it since I could not remember a strong/weird smell. I practically had to put my nose in the bag and take a breath. I don't find it has a strong smell one way or another. A bit weird smell but nothing that it comes right at me. Like we anything else, we all have different tastes, smells, likes, etc. and what works for some/not work, might for someone else

I've had this happen a lot recently, too! I'll start typing and then it all just freezes and whatever I typed is gone, sometimes I only get in 2 or 3 letters and I'm bounced out. Not sure if it has to do with the pop up ads, I had thought it was my laptop!

Good to know I am not the only one. It is so annoying. It makes me not want to post/reply. It has happened before. Only this message board.

The weird smell is the actual drink when you add water and heat it. Earthy, as others have mentioned. I only drink one cup of coffee in the morning and savor the aroma and taste. So, I’ll stick with regular coffee. I’m sure there are some who might be into it.

I have not tired it yet with just hot water. I use a teaspoon of instant coffee, 1 teaspoon of Ryze coffee, always sprinkle some cinnamon and a little milk (right now soy).
