Where to purchase TiW

DH and I will be arriving at VWL Monday afternoon We have plans to meet my parents at Ft Wilderness after check in then head over to Boatwrights for dinner with them. We are planning on getting a TiW card for our trip and would like to have it for this meal. Will we need to head over to MK before dinner to get our card? Or is there a better place to purchase one? Do the concierge desks sell them? Or the office at Pioneer Hall?
