Where to purchase memory maker?

I am wondering if you can purchase the memory maker once you are inside the magic kingdom. From my understanding the resort buses drop you off at the entrance and bypass the TTC. So if you are already in magic kingdom where would you buy it?

I just bought it through the app on my phone at the end of the day.

We are military so we get it at the discounted $99 price so buying it through the app or online isn’t an option
