Where to post a complaint about a cast member?

I'm shocked he "relented". Whenever a bus driver says "next bus" or "don't have time to the load the scooter" that's the end of the convo.

100% the only thing this complaint will accomplish is making sure that bus driver just closes the door on folks in the future lol. OP's not really thinking this one through...

Hmm, is that new for buses because I wasn’t on a timeline when I did park to resort buses.
I just wonder if the schedules have gotten tighter since we now have digital time tables at the resorts bus stops and on our MDE ... telling us what time the bus will leaving. Would seem you would have to have tighter times at parks to get to the resort for the posted time there, and back. :confused3

I agree. How many mad people are there when sign says bus arrives at 11:30 and it’s 11:35 and it’s not there? Clearly OP was only thinking of themselves and they feel about waiting not anyone else.

So you think the buses may be on a timeline? Maybe they have a new computerized dispatch system. The old one never worked well.

They had the displays when I was there but the arrival times shown on the displays at that time were extrapolated times based on where the bus was along the route at any given time. So if the bus was running late or early it was reflected on the screens.

But that was six years ago and I haven’t been back in quite a while.

I don't know ... I'm just wondering since the time boards and MDE seem to be pretty accurate with not much time between ... would the buses not be under more pressure to "keep moving" to meet those "promised" times. [We prefer staying at bus resorts, 8 stays this year].

While I'm here ... my googling says there are now cameras on the buses ... which should cover (or not) any driver in instances of guest complaints. Were there cameras when you were there or that you know of now?

The times posted in MDX and on those time boards are GPS-based, tracking the locations of the buses on the particular route.
The official email for post-visit guest feedback is guest.services@disneyworld.com

Okay. I would hope all the buses have GPS ...

But my experience is those buses arrive on a fairly regular and standard basis in between. It's not just they show when they show, and the boards have no expectations. There were guests at a resort waiting for a bus to pick them up.

My point is that we don't know how long the guests were already waiting for that bus, how long it took to load the mobility device on the bus, how long guests loaded to bus and when that bus is "expected" to be at the resort. An open door is also a closed door in seconds so .....

Guests only tend to internalize their own time and issues ~ without considering what has transpired and when that bus is supposed to be unloading/picking up at the resort.

Yes I was there. Cameras were installed over ten years ago at least. If you look at where they’re aimed, it’s apparent that it’s to keep track of what the driver, not Guests, are doing as far as driving.

GPS on buses has been around since the the computerized dispatch was installed which I’m guessing, was just under 20 years ago.
