Where to pick up our free fast passes?

We did an add-on when we were on a cruise, and part of the deal included a few fast passes. We will be at WDW later this month and want to pick them up. Anyone have any idea where we go to get them?

You pick them up at the DVC sales center at SSR.

No need to call anyone. There will be a note on your account that the CMs working the reception desk will see. One of them will go and get the cards for you.

DVC is open 365 days/yr. It's not a bad idea to call your guide and let them know you're visiting just to make sure it's in the system, but DVC shouldn't give you a hard time with it regardless.

They typically open at 8am, and stay open until 5-7PM, depending on season/staffing.

The passes will probably be good for 4 days with the first day being the day you pick them up.

Thanks for that -- if we get four days, then fortunately I think we'll be able to share them with family and skip a few crazy Christmas week lines!

Just to be clear, there will probably be 3 FPs per card and they will need to be used in four days. You can easily wipe throug hthem in one day. Also, you need to get an actual FP from a FP machine. So if the FPs are gone, you can not get one with the VIP card.
