where to park for boardwalk

I am going eat at the boardwalk restraunts on sept.14 does anyone have suggestions on where to park? I am staying at ASM.

Park in the general lot across the street from the Boardwalk behind the Hess station; or take the bus to MGM and either walk or boat from there; or take the bus from ASM to MK or AK and another bus from that park to Boardwalk.

You can drive right to the Boardwalk resort and park there- just tell the guard at the gate that you have dinner reservations, and he will issue you a 3 hour pass. There is self parking in a lot that is a 5 minute walk from the lobby, or you can pay $10 to valet park- just go all the way up to the lobby entrance and you'll see the valet parking stand.


If you don't want to drive, you can always take Disney transportation. Take a bus to MGM, then you can take a boat to the Boardwalk, or you can even walk- it is a nice 10 minute walk from MGM.

MomofKatie is correct. tell the guard that you have dinner reservation there. and immediately turn left after pass the guard station, there are self parking space there.

we usually use the valet service....if you have a disabled permit you don't even have to pay the valet charge (other than tipping)...
but we use the valet service even when my mom (and her permit) aren't along....the convenience and not having to walk far to the car (sometimes in rain/lightening) is worth is...

If you are a DVC member you can use the valet parking service at BW for free. One of the perks of membership.

Drive right up to the guard house. Tell them you have reservations at (whatever restaurant).
They will give you a 3 hour pass. Easy!

We did this several weeks ago. It was just fine parking ourselves, quick walk and you're on the boardwalk.
