I was wondering where can you order your TIW card with DVC discount I can't seem to figure it out Also how do you go about pre-order the photo pass cd, do you get a discount if you are a DVC member or have an annual pass?

There is no discount on TIW cards with your DVC. You can only purchase a TIW if you are a Florida Resident or AP holder. It is $75 for AP holders & can be picked up at guest relations outside any park or DTD with your AP.

Plus the clock starts ticking in the TIW card when you purchase it. So pick up the AP or PAP and then buy the TIW at the same time.
