where to order monogrammed pencils?

I am ordering some little flower pots personalized for my son's principal. It is really cute I found it on personalization mall.com Anywho I wanted to get a bouquet of pencils to put in it maybe with her name on them.

She has been been so great with my son and just wanted to find a special way to say thanks. I have no idea where to order something like this though. Any ideas?

Lillian Vernon is the one that comes to mind. I ordered some about 5 years ago, so can't help much! I remember they were pretty inexpensive and didn't take more than 2 weeks to arrive. HTH

How is the quality of the pencils from oriental trading? I had purchased some from Lillian Vernon several years back they sharpened well, wrote well and we did not have a problem with lead breaking.

I know the monogrammed ones are not budget friendly, but they end up being cheaper in the long run.

When my child was in second grade the teacher would alway send a note home saying my child need more supplies. I sent the teacher a note telling her I supply my child with all the supplies that are needed and I should not have to keep replacing items as I know we had a sufficient amount that was sent to school. Long story short the child sitting next to my child was taking my childs school supplies. When the teacher was cleaning the insides of the desk all my childs missing school supplies were in the child sitting next to my childs desk or in this childs back pack. Supplies I had put with the name on them with the label maker, this child was using and taking the labels off and leaving them in their back pack or in the back of the desk.

I haven't ordered them so I don't know what the quality is like. They do have some kind of rating from other people. 4.5* out of 5 or 4.8*.

Hopefully someone that has used the pencils will post.

We have them. We got them as a gift a few xmas's ago. They are decent. Not as nice as the good expensive pencils but better than the cheapy ones that come in the the pack of 100!

I used to order them from Lillian Vernon for my kids's teachers for holiday gift. I would have them say "Mrs. Smith's 3rd grade" or something to that effect.

Okay great thanks for all the ideas. I went with the ones from Lillian Vernon. I got 60 pencils for about $39.
The principal's say her name and the #1 princi-pal
And for my son's pre'K teacher they say Mrs. Star- you shine!

Hopefully they will turn out nice with the little planters.
