Where to order MNSSHP tickets?

MNSSHP first timer here

Can someone tell me where we call to order our tickets once they are released?
Will there be an announcement on the WDW website?

Assuming the parties are held on the traditional Tues,Fri,Sun nights, the dates we will have to choose from for our vacation would be:
Fri Oct 27th, Sun Oct 29th, and then Halloween itself Tues Oct 31st.

I don't want to try Halloween night as that is the most popular it seems.So do you think Fri or Sun night would be better?

There is usually a link from the Disney website to ticket info (on the Halloween party page) I'm not sure if you can buy them online, I've always phoned for them. The tickets last year were up for sale at the beginning of May.
