Where to order groceries from?

in the past we have used Garden Grocer but their prices seem to have skyrocketed and I wasn’t organized enough to order far enough in advance for a good discount. Does anybody have experience with other options? I was thinking of Amazon Now and/or Instacart but will I be able to order alcohol and not be present at delivery? Also does Disney charge to hold packages from these other stores until you return? We are staying at Kidani.

We used Safeway over Thanksgiving and it was great. You do have to be present to show ID for alcohol purchases. When I ordered there were coupons for $20 off on initial deliveries.

We used Amazon prime and there is a charge to hold them now, I believe

We ordered from Safeway and will get it on our arrival day, 2/3. I researched like crazy for our needs. For example, I need a specific protein drink for breakfast. Certain places didn't have it and others did at varying quantities and prices. Our DD (3.5) will only eat yogurt from a pouch for breakfast, so that was another Vey Specific Need. Ultimately I was between Safeway and Amazon PrimeNow. I felt that PrimeNow's inventory fluctuated too much for my liking (will I be able to get Specific Item X on the day we arrive?), so I settled on Safeway, which allowed me to also get beer and wine. I could choose a window of arrival (as small as an hour!) and the prices weren't that bad (I'm from NY, so nothing at WDW/in Orlando is expensive to me) for delivery.

Plus I found a free delivery (if over a certain amount, I think) coupon code AND another coupon code for first-time orders. You DO have to be present for Safeway orders with alcohol, though.

We are staying at Bonnet Creek so I can't comment on whether or not there is WDW-owned charges for the delivery, though.

I have been eyeing up Instacart. I built a cart not realizing that you couldn't order so far in advance. That was about three weeks ago, and they keep sending me coupon codes. So far I am up to $15 off $50 and free delivery. So I will likely go with them, but to avoid the $5 fee will likely wait until we are actually onsite to click the deliver button. I couldn't stomach Garden Grocer's pricing.

Also with alcohol you do have to be present for Instacart delivery because you need to show ID.
