I tried to search for the answer but got confused because it seems that the car rental counters are on both A & B sides?

My sister is flying in separately from me and arriving 1.5 hours before I do. She's flying in on American. I'm flying in on Delta. She has to retrieve her check-in luggage so I figure the best place to meet would be at the car rental counter (Alamo). I see that is on Level 1 but would that be on the A side or B side? Thanks in advance!

I *THINK* Delta uses the B side luggage claim. I don't know about American. How many bags does she have? The best bet might be to collect her bags (on Level 2), go back up to Level 3, and wait for you at the food court.

It looks as if both American and Delta are on the B side. Meeting at the rental car counter on the B side might be your best bet. Especially since I think there are baggage claims on level 1 and level 2 on the B side. Car rental counters can be found on both sides.
