Hi, this is my first thread, so hello!
I just wondered, we are arriving at DLP at approx13.30 but we can't check in til 3pm at the disney hotels isn'tit, so where do we leave our luggage as i don't want to miss out on time in the parks?
Is there a lugage holding at the hotels for this purpose or at the parks?

Also, I know it can be very expensive to eat in the parks, is it ok to bring picnics in? We're on a tight budget!

Thanks everyone, reading your threads have been very useful so far!:hippie:

Your hotel room may be ready before 3pm in which case you can check in. Otherwise you'll be able to leave your luggage at the hotel. There is a guest storage area before you enter the park which I'm sure charges about €2.50 per item.

Although the parks say that your own food should not be brought in we have seen plenty of people bring their own food so I presume they are not stopped at bag check :)

Aw, thank you that's a great releif to know that, thanks.
Can I also ask, does anyone know how much stroller rental at the park is per day, if it's not too expensive i won't bring ours, but otherwise, i assume there's enough space on eurostar to store it during transit?!
I can't wait to book our hotel, still deciding where to stay!!
Thanks again, x

Hi Mulan

Strollers are 6.50 Euros per day.Well worth the money :) and very suitable for the terrain around the park. There is also a little standing shelf that can be used for older kiddies to stand on when they get tired.

I think it is about €6.50 per day. If you park hop keep your receipt as it is valid for both parks :)

Thats great news, thanks anyone know where i can get a pic??

Sorry I dont have a picture but depending on how old your little one is it may be worth taking your own if the will be in it all the time. The park ones are are metal framed and they are upright so there is no chance of having 40 winks. They only have the lap ties and do make a noise like a shopping trolley. We have used them when our kids get tired and need a seat for a while but we did bring our own own one when they still used it a home.

we went on Eurostar last Nov, and thought the idea of checking in at the station sounded great....until you realise there are LOADS of other people queue-ing (?) up at the same place.

So we jumped on a bus and went straight to our hotel and the room was ready anyway....no queue at reception cos everyone was still queue-ing (?) at the station...

we were in the park about 30 mins later....lol

ok, i think i will bring ours to be on the safe side then, cos she will have naps midday and i don't want her neck to get all crooked!
i think i would've just walked to the hotel anyway, sounds like it would be the quicker option, i can just imagine the queues!
thanks again!
