Where to have T-giving dinner??

We are planning our first Thanksgiving trip at WDW. Where do you veterans recommend that we eat "the meal?" Who has the best traditional yet exciting T-giving dinner?

I just realized last week that I booked our trip over the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend and was debating this same question. I decided I will try for Liberty Tree Tavern on the Sunday (because they have turkey with all the trimmings) and Le Cellier on the Monday. I have no clue though if any of the restaurants put together special holiday meals.
