Where to go which day?

We are arriving in Ananheim on Thursday 5/12 at 8:30am at LAX. We will then have the next 6 full days there and then leave on Thursday 5/19 at 8pm. My question is this, We are doing DL/DCA with a 3-day pass, universal, knotts and Sea World. We have a car rented. Whick park for which day and why? We also want to do some shopping in the area, any outlets? We are 45, 37, 15, 5, 3 (all kids are girls). Any help is appreciated, thanks.
