Where to go? I need ideas, thnks

We are planning to stay at Four Points for 4 nights, next week. This will be a a mini-vacation to Orlando to pick up my daughter and visit some family in Orlando/Tampa. Any good places to visit? We are not planning to visit any of the big parks or attractions, we just came from an Intensive Disneyland and Sea World Family Trip, last March...Any new places to visit and have some fun? We are plannning to visiti City Walk and maybe one of the Universal Parks but also I like the new park Aquatica? Any help or suggestions will be appreciated?
We will be 4 days in Orlando and 4 days in Tampa.

My mother lives in St. Petersburg, FL and loves Lowery Park Zoo. I have heard Gatorland is fun in the Orlando area.
