where to go for tours?

My wife booked the walt footsteps tour on Nov 11, and the segway tour on Nov 12.

She said the start times were 9:30 and 7, but didnt have any other details to share.

Where do we go for the tours?

Do we need to pick up tickets beforehand? My wife thought they said that the tickets could be picked up on the 11th.

For the Segway tour, you show up at the gates of DCA at the time given.

For the other tour, I bet you could drop by the tour place (before City Hall on the same side as CH) to get info, if you haven't called them for more info before then.

Ah, the site calls them "guided tour gardens", not "tour place".

You will be able to pick up the tickets from Guest Services outside of Disneyland. The tour check in will be at Guest Relations - either DL or DCA, depending on the tours. Have fun!!!

Actually, for the Segway tours, you can pick up your tickets that morning at Guest Services to the left of the DISNEYLAND gates. Then you go to Guest Relations across the pavillion by DCA. You don't actually enter DCA, you go back to the LEFT of the DCA gates back where the bathrooms / lockers are there is a guest services window and that is where your guide(s) will meet you. If you have purses, fanny packs or bags etc. they will get you a locker right there before the tour, then take you inside the building for breakfast and your Segway orientation.


(I might have gotten guest relations, and guest services mixed up, but the places are where I said they are. )

And yes, Molly is right, for any other tour you meet at the "tour guide gardens" which is on the left directly after you enter the tunnel on the left side of main street. It is next to City Hall.

We're taking Walk in Walt's on 10/31. I believe she said to pick up your tickets at guest relations outside or the ticket booth or something, and then she said to meet in front of town hall at least 15 minutes before it's scheduled to start.

If you like, I can give better details after we return on the 2nd. It's still before you go!

Went on the Segway tour in July. We met at the Guest Services window to the left of the CALIFORNIA sign at the entrance to DCA. That's where you go in at. It was so cool being out there in the morning. I got a pic of myself in the middle between the two parks. I'm tiny in the pic and you can't see anyone around me at all.
That early in the morning, we also saw a hawk, catch and start eating another small bird while it was sitting on top of the mosaic mountain just inside DCA. Never saw that before.
