Where to go for ticket upgrade to a PAP?

When we arrive, we will need to go exchange/upgrade our MYW passes to AP's prior to checking into our room. Where do we go to do this? I was told "Guest Relations" at any one of the parks or at DTD. Do we actually have to enter the park to do the upgrade?

No, before you go through the turnstiles there are ticket windows, I know at teh MK there is actually a guest relations window you go to. At the back gate to EPCOT there is a window for purchasing tickets that also acts as guest relations. At DTD there is also a guest services office that stays open late.
