On the day I planned on spending in MK, I made breakfast reservations at Chef Mickey and dinner reservations at Crystal Palace, i am debating on making reservations for lunch that day

I don't know if i should make reservations at Tony's Town Square or Liberty Tavern, or just not make reservations for lunch that day and maybe go to Cosmic Ray's....any advice???

My husband is a big eater and I don't know where would serve the most for lunch.

So I'm asking the experts.:confused3

2 buffets and still looking for lunch? :worship:

I would play it by ear and if hungry get a snakc or CS. BUt you know your big eater better :)

I am also moving this to the main Dining board for more replies.:cool1:

How about a burger with a bunch o' fixins' at Pecos Bill? I'm planning lunch there next Sunday. We've never eaten there before but I've heard nothing but good things.

i would go cp breakfast and like the last poster said, skip the lunch, head to cm after hours to wrap up the day!!!

With two buffets in the day, I'd want to wing lunch. If y'all find yourselves hungry, there are some good CS options. Cosmic Rays has a chicken & ribs meal that I think would be enough for a big eater, so if your DH is really hungry, you could head over there. Otherwise, Columbia Harbour House and Main Street Bakery have good sandwich options if you aren't in the mood for typical burger-type quick service.

Cosmic Ray's has 1/2 Chicken and BBQ Rib Combination served with Mashed Potatoes and a seasonal vegetable $13.99. It's good and a lot of food. That should fill your DH up if he is starving. If your just a little hungary order a kids meal or just a snack.

Cosmic Ray's:cloud9:

We love CR for lunch. We are looking for a lot of food also , and I get the grilled chicken sandwich then you add all the toppings like sauted mushrooms and onions and all the regular stuff and you are stuffed and it is great! We love the mushrooms and onions, and you can get as much as you'd like. My mom gets the half chicken plate which is huge and very filling.

We did not like Liberty TRee.

We like going to the Plaza Restaurant (right off the corner of Main Street USA) for lunch when we're in the Magic Kingdom.

The food has always been excellent, and the service has always been great, too.

Click here to go to my web page of restaurants from July 2007. In the middle of the page AND also at the very bottom of the page are pictures from the Plaza Restaurant, including pictures of our food, plus some of the restaurant itself. http://www.brownfamilyvacations.com/html/restaurantsjul2007.htm

Cosmic Ray's is great. They also have chicken fingers and fries, and also hamburgers. Don't forget to ask for cheese sauce for the fries!
