Where to go for halloween

Can anyone tell me the best place to go halloween night for the atmosphere and possibly some 'trick or treating'.
We're already going to MNSSHP on the 26th, just wondering what to do on the 31st to get in the halloween mood, possibly outside of the parks.

Halloween is a massive event in America and you will find that shopping malls etc all put on events to celebrate the occasion. If your children are not too young I would highly recommend Universal Horror Nights - this is such a fabulous evening not to be missed.

We took our DD to Old Town, Kissimmee, (MNSSHP was sold out )she really enjoyed herself though.
Everybody was dressed up, the atmosphere was great.

Last year on the Boardwalk, they had lots for kiddies - entertainment and even characters. We were staying at the boardwalk but actually went to Universal for the Horror Night, but I heard it was a lot of fun
