Where to get physical tickets

hello,

Staying at the swan in November. We have no magic bands still active. Where can we get plastic tickets (ours were bought online and show in mdx). Can we get them at the resort (dolphin) or we need to go to will call? Tks!

You can walk over to Epcot's International Gateway entrance and pick up your plastic tickets at one of the Ticket Windows there.

why are the MBs no longer active? I thought the rfid part lasted pretty much forever.

I could not see the magic bands in my account...for some reason they show in my DH's mdx. So if the bands are listed under my name in his account, and my tickets are also there, does that mean they're linked automatically? I'm soooo confused with this (since in my husbands mdx we all have 2 active magicbands to our name)

Yes.
If tickets and MBs are listed in the same MDE account,
unless you actually manually go into your MDE account and deactivate a MagicBand,
it will continue to work for park entrances and FP+ entrances.

Are your tickets linked in your MDE or your husband's MDE?

The MBs need to be linked to the same Profiles where the tickets are linked.
