where to get good ribs

Hi I wanted to get a little insite as I haven't been to disneyland in 10 years. The family and I (dh, myself, 4 kids ages 2,4,6,7) are going to disneyland september 8-13 and are looking for a good, reasonably prices place to eat with ribs on the menu. We are flying and taking the magic express bus to the hotel so we won't have a car to really go far off property. We are staying right across the street at Desert inn and suites. Any insight would be helpful. TIA

That's a tough call. There really is no BBQ place near DL. And I think when you ask for "good ribs" your responses will be relative. I'm from San Antonio and when I hear people say a place has great Mexican and we go there, we're usually dissapointed. Our bar is set pretty high.
All that being said, Rainforest Cafe has ribs. DH gets them on a combo when we go to one of them from time to time and he says they are good. But it is a bit pricey.
They also serve ribs at the Big Thunder BBQ in DL. It used to be all you can eat food brought to you family style. I cant vouch for them as we've never done it. But The place gets favorable reviews here on the board. But again, not at a bargain price.

right at the place you cross the street into disneyland is Tony Roma's Ribs

I would definitely suggest Tony Roma's over Rainforest. While Roma's is a chain, it's pretty good as far as ribs go. There's also:

On our last visit, we had ribs at the Big Thunder Barbeque and they were okay.

A couple days later we had them at Taste Pilot's Grill and I thought they were pretty darn good as far as DL food goes...and reasonably priced too.

I thought they were better than Tony Roma's but everyone's taste is different.

This may be a stretch, but the pork "wings" at Trader Sam's are awesome!
