Where to get Crepes ... ?

I noticed on one of the BW 'Map Posts' that there was a place that sold Crepes, but I couldn't find it. I thought there was a place in DTD too, but no go. Is France in Epcot the only place?

France is the only one that I know of, awesome crepes! The chocolate ones are delicious!
