where to get ap?

We are going down in aug and I want to use previous unused tickets to credit for my ap's. Does the disney store do this? If not, is there a place at MCO that does this? Does the resort do this? Or do I have to go to the resort, ask my family to wait at the resort while I go to the nearest park prior to check in for our ap rate?

You can only do this at Guest services at one of the parks.

or Downtown Disney

And previously they did this at the airport. But its been a couple of years since I have tried.
