Where to find the street performers?

I know that the dragon legend acrobats perform in China and that the juggler (sergio) perfoms in Italy and server amusant in France, but where exactly in the country do you find them? Are they shown on a map? Also, I want to see the karuka acrobats in AK, and I heard they perform in Africa, but does anyone know where in Africa? Thanks for your help.
